To maximize the effectiveness of our narration and/or sound service, we would like to request the following information and/or services be available at your show site.

1.        Motel/Billeting Information.

2.        Recommended Restaurant/Dining Facility Information.                    

3.        Local Area Road Map.

4.        Social Events Schedule with Map Locations

5.        Time and Location of Airshow Briefing.

6.        Performer Credentials.

7.        Vehicle Airport and Ramp Access Credentials.

8.        Availability of Security for Sound System and other Equipment.

 9.        Reproduction of Airshow Area and Site Map(s).

10.       Current Copy of Proposed Airshow Schedule.

11.       Current Copy of Airshow Disaster Plan.

12.       Set-Up and Takedown Crew Names and Location.

13.       Source of Ice and Drinking Water for   Performers/Narrators located at/near Narrators' Area.

14.       Controlled Access Port-a-John Facility for Performers/Narrators located at/near Narrators' Area.
